Norton Internet Security problem

okay i have (or had) Norton Internet Security but for some reason its not working properly after that whole res:// virus (which the virus is fixed now). When i try to uninstall the Internet Security it tells me to logon but it doesn't allow me to log on.

I downloaded a couple of uninstall programs....the same outcome and its the same outcome through Add/Remove programs. Is there any way to Uninstall that crapy thing completely off my computer??

 

that didn't work. It says i need to be logged into the program..but when i run the program i cannot log on. Is there any other way to complete erase the program off the computer?
