Norton LiveUpdate can't locate catalog file?

    For some strang reason I have been having problems with NAV. It was working perfect, but I recently tried using LiveUpdate and it wouldn't update...it said it couldn't locate the catalog file and the update could not be completed, or something like that. And my IE won't let me on symantec's website... I tried lowering my IE security settings and that didn't work.

    Anyone know what may be causing this problem? Or how to fix the problem?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
