Norton LiveUpdate Error

Every time I try to update my Norton AntiVirus (2004), I get:

The following updates have been aborted:
> Norton AntiVirus Virus Definitions has 1 aborted update(s).
Reason:
LU1875: This update failed during its preprocessing welcome text phase.


When I look up that error on the Norton page,
Error Page, it says I might have Trojan.Abwiz.F. I download and run the removal tool, and it doesn't find it. So I don't think that is the problem.

For the time being, i'm just downloading the updates from the Virus Update thread on here. But does anyone have any ideas? I don't have the CD's right now, but might be able to find them somewhere if I really really have to for a reinstall.
