Norton remnants

Norton came with the computer and I removed it (so I thought) but when I open Word (or any other Office component), Norton box comes up, something about installing some crap. I click cancel a couple of times and it goes away.
How can I get rid of this piece of crap once and for all?

 

here try running this and see if that does the trick. might want to run ccleaner too if you aren't already using it.
