   yes ... but just check by opening Norton click Scan > Scan Computer and put ticks in drives you want to check.

   sorry my bad... only used Norton Corp and it has options to include and exclude various drives from scanning.... the ticks you put in the little boxes nest to icons of drives to say yes I want to scan this drive.
   
   what Norton do you have? and best bet is to look throught the menus for the options.
