Norton System Works 2004

    Hi
    I have Norton System Works 2004 Just realized that the updates on anti virus stopped 20/02/08 I went onto the symantec site and obtained a free patch file to correct this, however I need the CD to put in. As you can guess I cannot find the CD allthough I did register the product and have paid my yearly subscription to symantec.
    I dont seem to be able to either contact Norton or find out a way around this
    anyone any idea's :confused
