Because startup is slow, and Norton is the slowest to load, I want to try to remove and reinstall Norton to see if that fixes slow startup. I have the product key, cust id, and was wondering if this is all I need to resume my subscription on reinstall?

Personally I would recommend uninstalling and changing to AVG or Avast Antivirus as they do a better job and use less resources. It's your decision but I highly recommend it.

If you choose to keep it, you should only need the product key and the installation disc.

Norton retail is very slow. I use AVG Free, and it seems to do the job.
