not able to get on a web site...

this is my first post so i will try and do the best i can.not new to this site though been here many times for downloads.my problem is that there is this satilite site that i am a member on.the problem is that when i go to log on everything goes ok.but it dont get me on the forum.it keeps comming back to me to keep logging on.i e-mail the site and they told me to clear my cookies and i did that and then they told me to try a new browser and i did that but it still wont let me. i had this problem befor but i cant remember why i was able to get on the site.i have netscape for my internet service.thank you for any help...

 

It's really something that is dependant on the site in question. Usually a issue like this happens because they stuck the forum in a frame and cookies get messed up when used with frames. Of course I'm just guessing since I don't know the site I can't suggest more then that.

If you know enoguh about frames, you could check and if there is one try going to the forum directly instead of inside the frame.
