Not All Websites Opening..except Google

    I have been unable to open many websites beside Google and everytime I open them it keeps giving me the message:

    This site can't be reached
    the server IP address cannot be found (i.e cnn.com, etc.)
    DNS_PROBE_Finished_BAD_CONFIG

    I am able to open google and refresh doing some google searches but not understanding what is preventing it. Firewall or other issues. It is personal computer and have Avast and Malwarebytes loaded. I have cleaned up cookies with CCleaner and browsing data to fix problems but not sure what may be the issue or how to resolve it.

    Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Please find the files as per directions and welcome potential next steps.

    For some reason, I wasn't able to get MGTools log file...I ran through the program as per directions but didn't see the file in the folders.

    So far I am not seeing any malware.....however, let's do one more scan:
    Please go here > https://www.zemana.com/Download
    their program is no longer free, but you can use the demo version for this cleaning.

    It auto updates, and you click scan. After it's finished, click on the icon that looks like Cell phone strength bars. High-light the report (by date log was produced) and click on the "Open Report" icon. (looks like a folder). That notepad.txt can then be copied/pasted into another .txt doc and saved. Upload that, please.

    No malware. This is appearing to be a system issue. I suggest you post in the software forum for further assistance.

    It removed a few things that might have been an issue.....are you still having issues?

    Still having issues...google search goes well but when click on specific search- it takes time and then it comes as site cannot be reached...
