Not booting after Windows Defender

MSE found a threat that it could not remove so I downloaded x64 version of Windows Defender Offline, ran the scan and removed the threat. Unfortunately, I don't remember what it removed... but after that the computer is stuck on a flashing "_" on a black screen. I tried startup repair using windows 7 dvd and it didn't find any problem. I tried sfc scan and it said there is a pending repair and needs rebooting.

I ran Farbar Recovery Scan Tool. The search log file attached was created with the search string "services.exe," as another part of the forum suggested. I have attached both log files.

I would be grateful if someone could teach me how to make a fixlist.txt from the given logs.

Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.

You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST.exe on your flash drive.

Now reboot back into the System Recovery Options as you did previously.
Run FRST and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).
Please attach this to your next message. (See how to attach)

Now boot into normal Windows can continue with the below.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately the fix did not work... I still get the same screen with "_"

I am afraid there is nothing left for you but to reformat and reinstall.

Let's try one more time:

Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.

You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST.exe on your flash drive.

Now reboot back into the System Recovery Options as you did previously.
Run FRST and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).

Now boot into normal Windows can continue with the below.
