not booting in any mode

    my laptop wasn't booting into safe mode, well i got as far as selecting user after the scroll process then it froze. I was told to change the boot.ini setting in msconfig to safeboot which was a mistake because now i can't boot into windows or safe mode now
    any otther options beside rebuilding pc

    Was you computer start able to start up in normal mode?

    If yes:
    Tap F8 while the computer is starting up, choose "start windows normally",

    Do you have a windows disk?

    not since i changed the boot.ini to safe boot, i can't start in any mode
