tried to start my laptop but it would not boot up, first an error message came up saying "unmountable boot volume " , looked at hp website in the support and it told me to run a chkdsk ?r which I take is repair well after that when it was restarting it went thru the check disk like it does when you dont shut down correctly then when it came back up a new error message came up" lsass.exe -unable to locate component this application failed to start because samlib.dll was not found . re-installing the app may fix this problem " looked on site again and it said it was a sasser worm. called support on the phone and he sais I had to do a complete re install of my o/s . is there any other way and if not is there a way i can get a file off of it before it gets wiped out ( some pics ) ? it is a hp pavillion ze200 o/s is xp home
