not booting!

    ok i have a computer that does not boot proberly! it will go to the HP screen (first scrren u see on this pc) and then stay there it will not bot any further! i have tried pressing all the obvious buttons but still no luck?

    any one ogt any ideas?

    Um, k. Try going to your BIOS (or setup on some comps) and restoring defaults. If not try reinstalling your CPU and RAM and HDD. Hope it helps.

    splitt3r You are now the victim of a drive by title change

    Try resetting your mobo buy disonnecting power and taking out the mobo battery for a few minutes. sounds liek a dead motherboard, there isn't much you can do to diagnose it if it wont boot, except for swapping parts in the computer.
