Not getting any Video

I get no video on my monitor at all. Ive tried different Monitors and i get the same result. The Memory ive installed in the system board works fine because i had it in my other Computer recently and ive also tried other memory sticks that work well and still.. no video. Ive tried two different AGP Video cards that are 4X and 8X and still no Video. I get no Error beeps and the last thing i can assume is that the CPU is bad.. Ive tried booting the system without the CPU installed to maybe get a video error message of no CPU installed but The monitor still shows nothing. What could be the problem? Am i missing a step? Is it the CPU? If the CPU is bad and tried booting the system up without it installed is it going to give me an error message or still no video?.... Any ideas anyone?
