Hi
Hope you can provide some direction with an IM problem. Just started having problems with AOL IM crashing after it is opened and we try to IM. Message = AOL IM has encountered a problem and needs to close. Intenet connection works fine. Really frustrated that AOL won't provide any support.
Our OS is XP pro, and we have installed 5.9 AIM. Was working OK after we finally got it installed. Also, have one other computer linked on Linksys router. Other computer can IM fine. I've followed threads that said to try Aboutbuster. Downloaded it and ran it twice, no problems emerged. Thanks for whatever help you can provide.
