Not printing edges of text

I'm putting this in the software section because Canon has told me that it is a software issue not a printer issue.

I just bought a Canon I850 printer and when printing from Outlook Express and Explorer it cuts the text off on both edges of the page. Anybody have the same problem and find a solution? I've allready tried Canons solution which is to set the encoding to Unicode. Didn't work. They also said to try to set the page margins to 0 but it won't let me.

    Thanks

    Here's a quicky to try..............

By default most software sets the paper size to letter rather than A4 ( which most of us use in UK anyway ), letter is a larger format size.

SO in printer preferences change the paper size to A4 and see if that cures it.
