Aloha! Your help would be truely appreciated!

I've seen this problem many times before and many different ways to get things working again. I have tried many things, and contacted friends and the service provider.

Here is the basics. I am not receiving packets when connected to a specific wireless network. I can connect to other wireless networks which is why I am able to post now. I do not change anything when connecting to different networks. So it is not my NIC.

The wireless network I am paying for requires a password to connect and I am able to connect with no problem, 54 mbps. Just not able to access the internet after that. The other computers that use the same wireless network connect and access the internet no problem.
My computer is setup to obtain ip address, obtain dns number.
Went into command and released ip ... no difference
Turned off the router for a minute ... no difference

Below is the configuration when connected to the hawaii road runner connection.

i know this sounds like an unnecessary step, but have you tried uninstalling your wireless device, rebooting, reinstalling driver, rebooting, then trying to connect again to rule out it being a driver/"invisible setting" issue?
