not sure if it's spyware .. can you help?

Hi, first of all let me thank you in advance for even reading this.

I am not having major spyware symptoms like uncontrollable popups or an extremely slow-running computer, but I do seem to have a number of strange things running ("D4," "IPClient," etc.). I've downloaded all the anti-spyware things and done everything you guys said so far.

Do you have any idea what it could be? I think it happened when I downloaded real player.

hi! thanks for responding so fast! i had already done everything listed on that page to which you linked. i closed everything and ran hijack this, and now i'll upload the log.
