not sure right place but system freezes

Hi all the last couple of days my pc started freezing after every program closes and when it come out of sleep mode. I thought it started after i upgraded to the AVG 2011 version so I uninstalled it and it seemed to work good after. I then installed avast and it seemed to work good after that install, but it has started to freeze again. I have run hijackthis and saved a log I was hoping someone could look at it and advise if there is something you can see in there.
