Not sure what I want, need software advice

Hi all!
I have lurked around here for about 3 years.

I am looking for a piece of freeware that shows me everything that is quickly passed between a web site and my browser, usually firefox.

What I want to discover is when the website passes a fast URL to my browser, like a string link when you do something like submit a form online.

I did have a piece of software that showed me all that passes between site and browser but I lost it in a reformat and can't recall the name.

Dumb browser histories do not divulge these string links.

Does this make sense to anyone?

If anyone knows can you please point me to the right download?

One thing I'd do is make my subject line more descriptive of what I'm looking for so people don't ignore it. That way people who know about such things would be drawn to it.

Hi

What Windows version are you using? as this may also help to limit and rule out applications that may not work with your Windows version.

But try this one, not sure if its what you're after NetworkActiv Sniffer 1.5.1
