Notedad.exe & Explorer.dll's

I suddenly had gotten these files a few hours ago, and in hopes merely removing them would work. . they did not. I have AD AWARE SE, Registry Mechanic, and C Cleaner. . but it doesn't pick up this annoying thing that keeps flashing my PC.

 

Please follow the instructions in the malware removal thread. Be sure to include all the details of the steps you've taken; what scans you've run, what they may have turned up, any scans that you couldn't run, etc.

Also note that you shouldn't post your HijackThis log inline with a thread. Right now, you have all your system's vulnerabilities where any bot on the internet could scan them. When it is advised that you should post your HJT log, post it as an attachment, and you will be much safer.
