notepad problem

i really need help! everutime i click in a notepad text, its brings me to a site called "casino palazzo" what the?? and it dosent opens the document, it takes me only to the site BIG WHAT THE???

It looks as though your short-cut to Notepad is screwed but I would go and complete all the scans first as listed in the above thread then come back if you are still continuing to have a problem.

i dont understand nothing! i used ad ware, i ad some spyware, i cleaned it, but nothing happened, could it be a virus?? what is it?? and how do i solve it?

You are going to have to get over the panic/freeze/stop thinking "deer in the headlights" mentality to fix this.
