Notepad2 help

I have a massive .txt file. I want to delete lines 1 - 348349.

Is there any easy way to do this. I really don't want to click, highlight / drag, delete 348349 lines of text.

notepad2 is awesome..it's the only editor i like to use.
what you want to do is make sure "Line Numbers" is checked under the View menu (or just press Ctrl+Shift+N).

then click line number 1 to highlight it.
scroll down to line 348349 and Shift-Click on it.

hit delete and you're good to go.

another alternative, you don't even have to scroll.

as 8ilxli8 says, make sure Line Numbers are turned on.
Use menu Go To or press Ctrl G to go to line # 348349.

Select the line and hold down the Shift key.

Keep holding the Shift key, press Ctrl Home to select all the way back to line # 1, and then DELETE.
