Nothing Too Serious....i Think

Hello again. I think running all the software in the instructions MAY have gotten rid of the problem, but if someone could please verify that's true for me I would be most appreciative. My mom lives 3000 miles from me so she was going crazy afg=gain with her computer going soooooo slow, plus a bunch of windows popping up all the time. But to sum it up, that was the main problem. Oh yeah, she let her friend type a letter to her son in prison, and as soon as her friend closed google docs the computer started "screaming". Like, literally making a bunch of noise and flashing warning screens about being infected. I've never heard of that, but I know she wouldn't make it up. Anyway, any help or instructions would help. Thanks in advance. Oh yeah, I've attached log files.

 

Sorry i posted the wrong file. Oh and so far as I can tell the computer is running better, but i haven't opened google docs yet. Will when i get home. Thanks!!
