Nt Authority\system Error Heeelllpp Keeps Rebooting

    Tried to uninstall "surfpass' parental control. after uninstall, pc went nuts. everytime windows starts loading, i get errors, system throws up an error warning for 0:58 sec then reboots and the whole thing starts over. have run stinger,msblast,fixblast and a sasser removal tool from cmd prompt but nothing stops it.
    here are some of the errors

    svchost.exe
    mstask.exe

    nt authority\system error 128
    c:\windows\system32\iasse.exe terminated 1079741819
