NT Backup

    Hi, I have scheduled NT backup on and whenever it starts there is an error messege "Cannot locate the specified media or backup device. This backup operation will terminate".

    or

    Backup Status
    The requested media failed to mount. The operation was aborted.

    Help on this..What Are the procedures.

    It sounds like it's looking for the specific disk that you used last time or somewhere you've told it where to look for a disk and it can't find one there.

    If you used a CD last time and are using the a different CD this time, that may be causing its' complaint.
