I want to make a NTFS bootdisc however I can't seem to find "boot.ini" on my computer to copy to a floppy. Where is it??

It's on the root C:\ drive. You'll have to go into Windows Explorer->Tools->Folder Options->View and check off "show hidden files and folders", and uncheck "hide protected operating system files".
