nVIDIA 6600GT 128MB DDR3 or other?

Ive currently settled between these two cards :

XFX 6600 256MB

XFX 6600GT 128MB DDR3

I havent been able to chose between these two cards... I currently have an nVIDIA PNY Verto Geforce FX5200. Im going to use my new card for HL2, Farcry, Doom3 and other high demanding games that my 5200 is sputtering on right now.

the 128 has ddr3

the 256 only has ddr

ddr3 is much faster then ddr

i would get the 128

I would definately go with the GT. Not only does it have ddr3 ram, but it has faster core and ram times also. Most games are not able to use 256mb of ram, so the 128 at faster speeds will perform much better.
