nvidia 7600GS displays green

    Hi,
    having a confusing issue with my new 7600GS agp card. my monitor displays green after install, no idea why this would be, any suggestions please.

    how did u go about installing it? there may be some sort of driver conflict goin on. it should go like this:

    1. uninstall old driver
    1.5. if the two cards are different makes (nvidia or ATI) run drivercleaner
    2. turn it off
    3. swap cards
    4. boot up
    5. install new drivers

    Hi,
    done all that numerous times and tried other drivers etc. I am now at the
    stage of not installing the nvidia tray panel and screen is ok with drivers only, problem is
    now not being able to alter brightness etc from my PC and not the monitor.
