nVidia 91.31 Forceware... New CP *Help*

Hi Guys,

I just updated my GF6600GT Drivers from 81.95 to the new 91.31, but thing's have appeared to have changed a fair bit for the control panel, you have a much new version, I also found out how to get back to the old CP, but I am having a bit of difficulty with the settings.

I un-checked the 'Enable Taskbar Icon' & 'Enable Desktop Context Menu', and did a full system restart, but when windows came back on, the Taskbar icon popped back on, and also said something about SLI was disabled for my card for some reason...

Something about my card supporting it but no available, which is correct, I do not have 2 of them, but I never enabled it either..

Any idea's, also any tips for increasing my system performance for Windows and Games? I have only 512MB system memory, so I try and compensate for this by putting my games at low settings for a faster performance, I dont think I`ve played a PC game other than at 640x480 @ Medium Detail, unless the min resolution is 800x600....

Any help and other tips would be greatly appreciated!

I get the same "SLI disabled" on my desktop with a 7900 gt, 91.something forceware...i think its NVIDIA's way of reminding us we don't HAVE sli, and we should LOL...

To fix this issue, download the registry patch, with the provided link above (ignore the question, just use the provided fix)...
