nvidia geforce4000 questions, again

Sorry to act like a newbie, but due to a crapped out hard drive, I have to start all over. I had asked about overclocking my nvidia card, and someone gave me the info for this. However, I can't seem to find the thread I origionally posted. I'm looking for the driver or firm or forceware that lets me overclock both core and video card speeds in the nview settings.

Also, at this time, my display properties only shows medium and highest color options, instead of true color (which I think is actually higher than true). Any ideas?
