NVIDIA gforce 4 audio device driver dissappears

Hello and thank you for taking your time to look at this problem for me. My audio device driver dissappears every time I reboot my computer. I have downloaded the new motherboard drivers and my audio driver from here at majorgeeks. Here is my Belarc summary:
