Nvidia Ntune

I'm getting a little confused with Ntune. I've looked through the help file, but it wasn't much help at all.

First of all, what I'd like to do, is simply increase the fan speed to 75% either when a certain game starts or when windows starts. Doesn't really matter which...

Here's what I've tried. First, I went to adjust the fan speed. I adjusted it, hit apply, closed out. I restarted to see if it would "stick" and of course it didn't. Then I discovered user profiles. So, I then changed the fan speed, hit apply, went up to profiles, hit save, and saved it.

I then went to create a custom rule. I tried making one to load the profile when I ran Assassin's Creed but that didn't really exactly work, so I tried to make one so that it loaded that profile when Windows started. Well, I created it, rebooted, and I don't think it worked. Fan speed didn't seem to be any higher at all. So... I then wanted to simply put everything back to defaults. Is there any way to do this? I can't even seem to be able to delete the custom rules that I made. There was also a rule already there, that I did not put there, that I'd like to delete. I've already deleted everything but the default profile so none of those rules would work anyway.

SO to sum it all up I guess the point of this thread is, 1. is there any way to reset all settings in Ntune back to the defaults, including all profiles, rules, etc.? 2. If not, how do I delete custom rules?
