    I have a ASUS K8N-E Deluxe , AMD Athlon 64 3400+ socket 754 with 1MB L2 cache, 2x 74 GB WD Raptors .
I just got the second raptor about a month ago and I installed them in Raid 0 using SI3114 on my motherboard. I would like to know if I would be better off using the native NVidia for the raid 0 set up. Or does it not make that much of a difference?
Here are the specs from the 2x74GB Raptors SI3114 raid 0 setup using PC Wizard.

    Sequential Write : 60.60 MB/s
    Sequential Read : 79.31 MB/s
    Buffered Write : 20.99 MB/s
    Buffered Read : 109.23 MB/s

now same motherboard with my IDE storage HD Seagate 120GB w/8MB cache

    Sequential Write : 29.43 MB/s
    Sequential Read : 45.75 MB/s
    Buffered Write : 82.10 MB/s
    Buffered Read : 84.43 MB/s

so back to original question would NVidia be better or stay with the SI3114 for my Raid 0 array?
If you agree or disagree please state why.
And do those #'s look correct because if I compare them to others in this PC Wizard benchmark it appears to fall way short of other HDD's?
