I just recently got another EVGA e-nvidia 8800 GTX for SLI purposes. I have not really noticed a increase in FPS. I've downloaded the latest drivers and turned on "Force Alternative Frames 1", I've also turned on "Force Alternative Frames 2" for programs who function with it better (Company of Heroes). I also activated the SLI option the the nvidia control panal. Need some help please >.<

    System:
    Intel Core 2 Duo e6700
    E-Evga nvidia 8800 GTX SLI
    Asus P5N32 Premium
    2 Gb ddr corsair ram
OCZ PSU 700 (Could it be a power issue.)

Is there anything else I have to activate, or a particular something I have to do >.<

At this time with 2 of those cards, you won't notice a big difference in all cases. In some cases it will be slower actually.

EDIT: I just took a look at some charts at Tom's Hardware (A site which is only useful for its charts now in my humble opinion), and in Oblivion the SLI set up ran significantly slower than the single card.
