nview clone, dualview not available

    using a svid/composite cable for my tv i can view my monitor display on the tv but only in single mode. option for clone, dual etc are unavailable in the drop down menu. i think ive ruled out graphics card compatability as the problem...unless anyone can tell me otherwise. im running a GeForce FX 5500. any help greatly appreciated. thanks
