o2 Moiblebraodband

hi guys,....i have bought mobile broadband with a while now and its great for surfing the net,..and like normal broadband it has its off peak and peak hours which are acceptable,..but 1 main thing,..i play 'Counter Strike:Source alot and my ping is always between 115 and 135 at standard but i still get a half second to a full second shot delay,..

anyway my enquirery was is there anyway that i can get a better ping by either using a program to speed up my modem or what ever,.....any and all tips/advice will be welcome,......

oh ya i have a HSPDA USB Modem,3.2Mbps,.....and i have good coverage in my area!!!!!
