I'm a newbie when it comes to technical things.

I am trying to set my o2 Wireless Box IV so I can use it to content share (plug in my USB drive into the router so I can access it anywhere in the house).

I have tried following the o2 Guru guide on Youtube, but when I get to the part where I have to check "managed partition", instead of being able to check anything, it says "Mounting error: wrong formatting" for all 4 partitions....

1 USB pen drive is in the FAT32 format and the other is in NTFS format (FAT and NTFS formats are supported)

I rang up o2 help "technical support" and the guy told me that he can't help but to try this site.....

    Can anyone help please?
