OC'ed my P4 ANY SUGGESTIONS?

1st of all,im trying to get my p4 3Ghz Prescott to 4Ghz, i am currently at 3.8Ghz stable,but when i try for 4Ghz the system will not boot(maybe im expecting to do something that cant be done).
Current set up p4 3ghz at 3808.2Mhz FSB is 1015.5Mhz(253.9Mhz) 15x multiplier.Memory is running at 253.9Mhz 1:1 2.5-3-2-6(OCZ 4200EL)
mY POWER SUPPLY RAIL IS 12+(45A) 5+(50)...As for Temps at my current speed,im stable at 40c...65c with a load i was around 85c till i ported my case and got better air flow(who says fans cant cool a prescott down )
Any suggestions on squeezing more out would be great..Thanks in advance..

Try loosining the timings on your ram a bit it might be holding you back....other then that youv prolly hit the limit of your motherboard, ram, or CPU hard to tell what one.....
