Odd extensions.

    Well I just checked out my drive C folder thing. "Local Drive C" And it recently was filled with lots of files with weird names and ending in .ph or .wip, What could this be from? They're also hidden, but they weren't here this morning...Any idea to what they're for? One example of a name is ...
    "DC553DD9.wip"
    or
    IPH.PH

    And this is what information I got so far for .wip files "Windows Installer Project " Well anyway are they safe to Delete?

    Don't know if they are safe to delete, but did you install a graphics program? Or install anything else?

    Did a search at Filext . This is MS Visual Studio Installer. If your not running it why is it on your box? Just curious..
