Odd Message in IE7

Occasionally, when I'm browsing on the web, I get this:

And only that when I go to different sites. Later on, I can go back to that site and it works normally. It happens with major sites like wikipedia, google, and fedex (to name a few). Anyone know what that is?

Weird one, could be corruption in pages but in what context or what positions on the webpage or browser are these showing up in, if you could post a screenshot that may help work this one out?

Just some basics to try, have you cleared your browsers temps and cookies, plus the temp windows folders ( ccleaner is good for this )?

What browser are you using and is it upto date?

Have you scanned for malware?

Ok, I'm using IE7 and I believe it's up to date.
The test I pasted earlier is in the top right of the page, and the rest of the page is just blank white.
We're using McAffe OAS on our network, and I'm not seeing any other malware like behavior on this computer or anything else on the network.

Now, the weird message shows up randomly every once in a while when I go to a internet site, and when I hit refresh a few times, it will stay. I've noticed that if I go to google, and I get the error, I can either refresh it a few times and get it to load, or I can go to wikipedia or majorgeeks then back to google and it will work.

I personally hate things that don't make any sense.
