Odd network issues

Hey guys,
Hope I can get some help with this. I have a computer here where it's internet disconnects every 10 to 20 seconds then reconnects right away. It's not the router because I have several other computers connected with no problems. I've reset the winsock and tcp stack.

The computer is a laptop and both the ethernet and wireless connections do the same thing. When I run a ping every 10 to 20 seconds I get a destination host unreachable. Any ideas?
