Odd Service

I was helping someone else here and I always double check my advice against my own computer. Under services.msc, I found a service, not started but set to manual, named JRVYRQDQX. This sure seems like malware but I very recently went through READ ME RUN ME check and Chaslang said my logs looked clean. I do have some corrupt files but apparently not related to malware. My computer runs great so I haven't yet pursued a fix-up.

So I searched the computer for that odd name and turned up nothing. So in regedit I ran the search and found it as follows:
HKEY_LOCALMACHINE_SYSTEMCONTROL SET001_ROOT_LEGACY_JRVYRQDQX DEFAULT VALUE NOT SET NEXT INSTANCE 0X0000001
(Not sure if I used the proper format for the key).

What the heck could this be? Can I/should I delete it? Would appreciate help from any registry experts out there. Is there any signifcance to this key's location, i.e., what does this part of the registry normally control?
