Odd sound from monitor

    I recently dug up an old copy of one of my favorite games when I was younger, Dino Park Tycoon. Whenever I start it, however, my monitor makes an odd sound. I tried a few things (changing resolution, compatability mode, etc) but nothing stopped this noise. Its not terribly loud, just a soft constant squeaky-ish noise. Anyone know why this is or what I can do about it ?
