Odd WinXP Explorer Crash (Screenshot attached)

Alright, this has been bugging me for a while now.

Very rarely (maybe once every two weeks or so), I'll just be putzing around, and I get this strange error message (See attachment). If I click OK, then it'll just reappear again. I have to open the Task Manager and end the Error application, which results in Explorer reloading itself. In the Event Viewer, I get a Winlogon application message stating "The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted. (12:40:52AM)" Also, in the system log, the IMAPI CD-Burning service starts and runs (12:41:00AM) for six seconds and stops (12:41:06AM).

It's happened before when I was loading a video into Zoomplayer, but it happened now when I was about to delete some files in Windows Explorer. I had BitTorrent & 3 Instances of BitTornado open, as well as MSN Messenger 7.5. Explorer restarted and the other applications were just fine. I checked my tasks before and after the crash and nothing seemed out of place when it restored itself.

If anyone recognizes what creates that error box, I'd be greatly appreciative.
And yes, I told it to Copy Text, but it just causes my system to hang while it apparently does NOT copy the text. The screencap took alright though.
