OE hijacked - new number and UN/PW

I'm running Adaware, AVG, Zone Alarm, Swat It, Browser Hijack Blaster and Stop-the-Pop-Up, Despite this, OE recently had the user names, passwords and numbers changed for all four of my dial-up accounts (I'm not running BB yet). I'm assuming it's a hijack virus.

Anyway, I manually reconfigured them and, blow me, after a reboot of OE, it's changed all the numbers back again. None of my progs seems to detect it.

Just wondering if anyone can advise of a prog that does work. I've included a shot of the properties window below. All four are the same.
