OE Problems

when trying to receive g-mail on OE i get the following error 'An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'Brent5150--G-Mail', Server: 'pop.gmail.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error Number: 0x800C0133'.............this just started today. I have multiple g-mail accounts and all of them receive (in OE) fine except my default one. I cannot delete stuff from default account either. I went and ran the g-mail POP utility again but no luck..........funny thing is i can send with that account but not receive.

Firstly, thank you, secondly, I have not done any of that yet................99% of my e-mail inbox is filtered (yahoo groups, etc) using OE message rules...............will this solution alter any of that.............it's no problem if it does just wanted to know what to expect..............i've had viruses and trojans, etc, but .dbx files have annoyed me more than anything

It should result in your inbox file being recreated, but I really don't know if will have any effect on filters you have set up.
Only one way to find out, eh?

It worked, with very minimal damage to my rules, they were still there i just had to go back and re-specify folders.
