    Hi

    Some info, the main bit is using Identities in OE, or simple one is to if using XP or above to Password protect your Main Windows User account ( which is one you have to click a user name and type a password to access the GUI of Windows, which would be the best as its possible to still see data in an email if the person trying to see whats in your emails is dedicated in doing this.

    Whilst there is free software to pasword protect folders I only know of paid for software to password protect programs. A Google search may find one for you.

    As mentioned, using Idenities in OE will allow you to assign a password to an Identity. So, even if you have never before used Identities and have no other reason to use them, the password feature is reason enough, alone, to use Identities.
