Office 2003 error

    I just installed a fresh copy of windows xp SP2 and after installing drivers, anti-virus and other necessary softwares I installed Office 2003 Professional Edition. After installation when I tried to open Word and Excel etc. the following error appeared(pic attached).

    After I click 'OK' word and excel etc work fine but this error is annoying and pop ups every time I open or close office. Please help me remove this error
