Office 2007 - Instant Search

    Does anyone know how to remove this annoying mess from being displayed?

    Try this BJ,

    On the Tools menu, click Options.
    Click Other, and then click Advanced Options.
    Under General settings, clear the Show prompts to enable Instant Search check box.


    I still havnt installed Outlook 2007 as it messes up my Windows Mail app, but this was from a post on a MS newsgroup ( cannot link it as its not a public one ) no doubt the same info will be on a Office Help site.

    I would imagine that BJ used cropping to reduce a screendump to just the area of interest. ( can be done eaily with just MS Paint & its select tool )

    I do things weird, actually I used "Alt. + Print Screen" and pasted directly to PSP IX and cropped then saved. Most of the time PSP keeps the quality, the only time it decreases is if you change the format.
